GREAT BRITAIN RECOGNISES UNION DIPLOMATIC ADJUSTMENTS. TREATY AND OTHER MATTERS RESERVED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. BERLIN, April 2. Britain has sent a Note to Germany recognising the union of Austria with Germany and agreeing to replace the Legation at Vienna by a ConsulateGeneral, but reserving the right to define her attitude regarding treaties and other matters concerning Austria since the cessation of Austria’s independence. France has decided to instal a consulate at Vienna.
