DR FREUD NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE AUSTRIA
(Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) THE HAGUE, This Day. Dr. S. Freud, who has been invited to take refuge in Holland, has been refused a passport by the German authorities.
Dr. Freud was Professor of Neurology at Vienna University, a position he had held since 1902.
