COSY THEATRE
TWO ATTRACTIVE FEATURES. “Bulldog Drummond Comes Back” starring John Barrymore, John Howard and Louise Campbell and “Mind Your Own Business” with Charlie Ruggles and Alice Brady will be shown finally at the Cosy Theatre tonight at 8 o’clock. COMING TO-MOROW. DOUBLE STAICpROGRAMME. The popular comedian, Sandy Powell, known to thousands of radio listeners by his gramophone records, will appear in his first picture “Can You Hear Me Mother?” at the Cosy Theatre tomorrow at 2.15 and 8 p.m. The film, which is one of two to be screened at the Cosy, is said to be hilariously funny. The second feature is “The Cattle Thief,” a Western, starring Ken Maynard. Maynard takes turns in being a mystery rider and an itinerant peddlar. Maynard began to ride horseback at an early age, and could imitate rope tricks at the age of eight. Completing his formal schooling in Texas, he became a trick rider with several Wild West shows. The popular cowboy star and his wonder horse have appeared in more than 100 Western pictures.
