LATEST FROM WELLINGTON.

Owing to the courtesy of the proprietor of the “Evening Post” we have received per favor of Mr Hastwcll’s coach a copy of last evening’s.paper. The only item of interest-in the paper is the sale of thesix and a half-year’s lease of the “ New Zealand Times” premises with a rental of £250 per annum which wa s bought by Mr E. W. Mills for £SO. The office furniture was also sold at a good price but under a protest from Messrs J. Martin and George Crawford who stated they held a bill of sale over them. A law action will probably result from the dispute.
