POLICE COURT-TE AWAMUTU.

Thursday, Oct. 19th, 1911. Before H. Irvine and G. H. White, J's.P. Drunkenness. A first offender was charged with drunkenness and was convicted and fined ss. Prohibition Order. On the application of the police a prohibition order was issued against R. O. Griffith. Indecent Assault. George Rigg was charged by the police (Constable Ryan) with committing incest. Mr E. A. Cox appeared for the defendant. On the application of the police the accused was .further remanded to appear at Te Awamutu on Friday, f/th inst. Bail was fixed at two sureties of £IOO and self £SO.
