KIHIKIHI.

Coronation Day in Kihikihi promises great things. A comprehensive programme is arranged suitable for an occasion of such great National significance.

The Kihikihi and Parawera school children will play prominent parts in the day's functions and a big display by the Maoris is to be one of the day's attractions.

In the afternoon a fancy dress football carnival will be held under the direction of the Kihikihi Football Club, and should attract a large and curious crowd. In the evening a "Patriotic Concert, followed by a dance, will conclude the clay's proceedings. Record attendance is anticipated.
