KIHI KIHI TOWN BOARD.

At the monthly meeting of the Town Board held on Thursday, the 27th inst, there was a full attendance of.members, Mr J. G. Elmsly in the chair. The minutes of the previous meeting were confirmed; The Clerk reported a credit balance at the bank of £52 I2s 6d. UNPAID RATES. It was reported by the Clerk that about £ls was due fot outstanding rates. Asked for instructions.

The Board decided to instruct it’s solicitor to sue for all urfpaid rates.

, It was resolved to call for tenders for the erection of a picket fence on the Lyons Street frontage of the Board’s property adjoining the Town Hall.

Several accounts were passed for payment. The meeting concluded, having had before it an unusually small amount of business.
