PIRONGIA.
(Own Correspondent.):^ Preliminary now being made by the Pirongia Hunt Club for a three days’hunt. Much interest is being taken by 1 all members, and the season pro-, mises to be a very successful one. The tennis season is being continued, as members of the local club are still keen on. the game. On Saturday afternoon next a match will be played against representatives from Paterangi. The competition for a trophy presented by Mrs O’Shea is well in hand, members showing every desire for a successful tournament.
It is rumoured that the creamery will be closed as from Saturday.
