Waikato Farmers' Club.

The above club met at Cambridge last evening, when there was a fair attendance, Mr Robert Fisher, vicepresident, being in the chair. Apologies were received from the president, Mr M. Butler, and the secretary, Mr Mr E. Veale, the former being indisposed, and the latter had been suddenly called away on urgent business. Mr A. B. Trythall kindly undertook the duties of secretary pro. tern.

Messrs R. Fisher, R. Reynolds, E. Allen, and J. Gane were appointed a committee to attend the annual provinical conference of the Farmers' Union, to be held in Auckland on the 21st and 22nd inst.

Mr D. W. McLaren, of East Tamaki, will be asked to address the members of the club on "Practical Farming" at one of the meetings of the club to be held during the winter or spring months.
