Ohaupo Turnip Sheep and Cattle Fair.
On Tuesday next, 19th inst., the-' New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Jiold their annual sheep and cattle fair for turnip stocking. The cattle entered number over 1000 head, comprising 600 forward 3 and 4 year old bullocks, including 100 from Te Akau, 120 2 to 2J year olds steers, 120 fat and forward cows, and 240 young cattle, mostly steers. The sheep include a large number of large framed ewes in lamb, fat and forward wethers, hoggets, and lambs. Also, on account of a client from Upper Rangitikei, 2000 fat and forward 4 tooth wethers, and 1000 fat and forward two tooth wethers. The sale will commence with the sheep at 11 o’clock sharp, and will continue right on, there being no luncheon adjournment
