formant at North Melbourne by the Rev. W. Crackett on June 28, 1897, and that on May 26, 1902, he went through the ceremony of marriage with Lilias May Townsend, the informant being then alive. Accused was admitted to bail, his bondsman being Mr E. J. Tait, theatrical manager.
