Illness of Mr. G.G. Stead.
- By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. After the second race today, Mr G. G. Stead was taken suddenly ill and was removed to his home. The medical opinion is that he is suffering from a paralytic seizure, affecting his legs.
