Attacked by Arabs.
London, April 7. A band of insurgent Arabs on the banks of the Tigris subjected the British steamer Blosselynch to a heavy rifle fire. A Turkish patrol steamer accompanying the Blosselynch returned the insurgents' fire. Two of the Blosselynch's passengers were killed and several wounded. In response to Britain's emphatic demand for redress the Porte has promised to punish the aggressors.
