Making Diamonds.

London, April 6. In ordering the Union Bank of London and Smith's Bank to produce a sealed packet belonging to M. Lemoine, who was arrested on a charge of false pretences in connection with the alleged manufacture of diamonds, Sir Albert Derutzen, at the [Bowstreet Court, intimated that he was not empowered to enforce the order, but other steps would be taken if it were not obeyed. The bank has declined to produce the packet.
