Waikato Winter Show.

At the last meeting of the Auckland Dairymen’s Association a letter was received from the secretary of the Waikato Winter Show committee asking the association to arrange for a conference of dairymen during the show at Hamilton, and to afford every assistance possible in inducing entries, etc. It was decided to accede to the request, and to do everything possible to make the show a success. It was also resolved to start a competition for an essay on “The Care and Treatment of Milk from the Cow to the Factory,” the successful essay to be read at the conference.
