Sydney, April 4. The Labour Council, at a special meeting, decided to advise the unions to ignore the Industrial Disputes Bill, that no steps be taken to form wages boards, and that they rely on strikes as the only means of securing fair and reasonable conditions which, it was considered, Parliament had denied them.
