REWARD FOR BRAVERY.
(BY. TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, This Day. The Mayor (Mr Mitchelson) yesterday presented Mr W, W. Hurley the bronze medal and special ribbon and certificate of the Koyal Humaoe Society for Hcts of courage in saving life, and to Captain Reid a special certificate for his conduct in connection with the Elingamite wreck. A similar certificate was presented to Miss JS, A. Barron for preventing a man from falling under a train at Ellerslie.
