THE MAY QUEEN MINE CLOSED.
(BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION) TnAHES, This Day. Owing to the inability to raise the necessary capital locally, the May Queen, one of the principal mines in the Thames district, yesterday stopped. Contraots for the mine will probably be closed down, pending an endeavour to float a new company.
