TOTE BETTING.
(BY TELEGRAPH- PRESS ASSOCIATION). ✓ Dunklin, This Day. The first of the charges of tote odds against Peter Grant, bookmaker, was heard yesterday. Besides Mr Graham, 8.M., there were four Justices on the Bench, Tne case was dismissed on the ground that the amount paid was not the same as the tote dividend. Fifty eight other cases were adjourned.
