CONDITIONS. All races to be run under the Auckland Racing Club’a Rules. All disputes to be decided by the Stewards, whose decision will be final. Every protest to be accompanied by 250v8,, which will be forfeited it the pro test be not sustained. All entries to give age, pedigree and performances of horse, with colours of rider. No nomination or acceptance will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount of cash. Nominations and entries for all events will close «ith the Secretary at Whatawhata or Hamilton on Saturday, December Utii.
