Cabul, October 13. The tribal chiefs are journeying to Cabal to do homage to the new Ameer Habibullah. London. October 13. Reuter’s agency reports (hat orders have been received by the military authorities at Peshawar to immediately mobilise two field hospitals. No explanation having been vouchsafed, the message is variously commented upon. Some minimise the importance of the incident, and attribute it to the usual tribal troubles, the sporadic raids on the north-west frontier, and having no connection with tin Afghan question. Omar Jan, the late Ameer’s youngest son, is understood to have influenced his brothers to secretly leave Cabal.
