The Arawus then went in, and the eight men who faced the bowlers were disposed (f for four runs. J. Hammond put up a goon howling record, Ins iirst two overs were maidens, and during the next two he collared five wickets without the loss of a single run. They followed on and in their second attempt made a capital stand, and when time was called they had lost th ce wickets for 82, Gleason 85, Blurnires not out 22, and Mahon 10.
