At the annua! meeting of the Hamilton Lawn Tennis Ciub In Id at the Court on Saturday, thtre was a faiily large attendance of members, Dr. Brewis was vo'ed to the chair. The minutes of the precious meeting were read and confirmed, and ihc balanc - heel thawing a a credit in hand of Is Id was read and id opted. Tim following officers were appointed ; Patron, F. W. Ling Ksq. M.il.H.; Prcsiden-, Mr J. S. Edgecumhe Esq; vice Presidents, Dr. Brewis, Rev. M.ij m, and Mc-srs O’Neill and BrooUfie-rl. Ladies’ Committee Mcsdamca Brewis, Jolly, SHides, Ftevens, Blackburn, and Miss O’Neill. G-mt'emen's Committee : Messrs Black hum, von Stunner, A. Holloway, ami Jol y. MrC. Blackburn was elected Hon. Sec, ami Treasurer. Tim folio wing new members were n'ecled ; —Miss Chilty, and Messrs Davidson, Chi-ly and Worsh-y. Vo'es of thanks wire passed to the ladies for providing afternoon tea, to Miss Inez Sandea for organising the teas, to Mr J. Bmith fir the use of the ground and to the Hon. Sec. for his sei vices during the year.
