(by telegraph.—press association.) Wellington, Last Night. The following changes in the Customs Department have been decided upon Mr McDowell, collector at Greymonth, to be collector at Invercargill: MrJ Colebrook, landing waiter at Auckland, to be collector at Greymonth; Mr Nixon, landing surveyor at Dunedin, to be collector at Timaru; Mr Rose, landing waiter at Wellington, to be collector at Hokitika; Mr Hawley, collector at Blenheim, to be collector at Poverty Bay ; Mr Jackman, in charge at Bluff, to have charge at Blenheim ; Mr Spence, landing waiter at Blenheim, to be collector at Westport.
