BRITISH SUBMARINES

The British submarines building at Harbour are fitted with horizontal and vertical rudders, and water ballast arrangement, enabling them to rise instantly and dive to discharge the torpedo. It is claimed that they surpass the American and French submarines in quickness and in accuracv.
