Sir Thomas Lipton has recently given to the world his recipe f"r success in business. L'ho advice is characteristic cf the man who offers it, and is excellent. He says : Work hard ; deal honestly; excrciso care and judgment j advertise freely and judiciously." To a New Zealand business man whom he met, in London, Sir Thomas said : "Advertise in the journal which you know to be progressive, which is alive to the wants of your people and district." There is only one journal in Waikato which answers to this description and that is The Waikato Argus. Tradespeople who wish to bring their goods prominently belore the Waikato public are informed that Thk Waikato AliilUS is more widely circulated than any other journal iu the district, and an advertisement iu '.ts columns will be read in almost every home.
