Maohenand, a military warder in the French Consulnr Service, who arrived from Sydney yesterday, gave the police a description of the man wanted which corresponds with Bonvy's appearance. To-day he gave evidence and identified accused as the man who had been pointed out to him in the streets of Sydney by a colleague as com iug from New Caledonia.
