At the Police Court, in the case Income Tax Commissioner v. J. E. LoverHgc, a commercial traveller and manufacturer's agent, representing foreign traders, in which the latter was charged with neglecting to make a return of his principals, and which had been adjourned from last Friday, defendant was fined £5 and costs,
