SUPPOSED DROWNING.

FOUR MEN MISSING.

(BY telegraph—press association). Coromandel, Last Night. During the gale here tour young men, named Richard Saxon, Walter Miller, George Culperson and Edward Farquhar, of the cutter Willie Winkie, while engaged in oystering, were supposed to have been drowned. They anchored the cutter off Parker's Island and went ashore and secured several bags of oysters. When returning to the cutter a sudden squall swamped the dingy and all are supposed to have been drowned, as the dingy was seen floating bottom upwards. The accident happened about half-past six last evening. The beach is being searched for the bodies.
