CONSPIRATORS' TRIAL.
[dnited press association.] (by electric telegraph—copyright). London, April 21. The West Australian Gold Districts Trading Syndicate trial has concluded. Sir Edward Lee and Hugh Bernard (the secretary) were acquitted. The jury, however, condemned'Sir E. Lee's gross neglect as a director. Goodman was sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment, and Herbert James Squier to six months.
