BREACHES OF THE BANKRUPTCY ACT.
(by telegraph.—press association), Wellington, Last Night. Three charges have been laid against Alfred Crossey, the well-known publican, under the Bankruptcy Act, for failing to keep proper books, improper payments, and reckless speculation and gambling.
