PARISH RELIEF.
STRIKERS ENTITLED. [united pbess association.] (bt electric telegkaph.— copyright). London, April 11. In accordance with a recent decision of Mr Justice Romer, the Government auditor has allowed relief to be given in kind to miners on strike at Merthyr Tydvil, the cost to be surcharged to guardians. Thousands of pounds of relief was also given in cash.
