CAPE ELECTIONEERING.

Bauer, Commissioner of Public Works for Cape Colony, cancelled a special train engaged at a cost of £2OOO to convey 500 volunteers who were voters at the Vryberg election, because capitalists paid for the train. Great indignation has been caused by Sauer's action.
