[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION]. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT). London, April 10. Severe gales continue on the West Coast of England. The steamer Cato foundered off the coast of Cornwall. Nine of the crew were drowned. The captain, his wife and eight of the crew were rescued. The steamer Ingoldsby, when in the Bristol Channel, shipped an immense sea over the poop, which swept off the captain and four of the orew.
