CONDITIONS OF TENDERS. 1. No tender below the published upset price will be considered. 2. A tender may include any number of lots, but unless the tenderer so desires he shall not be compelled to purchase more than one lot. 8. Each tender must be accompanied by a deposit (cither in cash or by marked cheque or bank draft in favour of the Assets Realisation Board) equal to 5 per cent, of the amount of the tender for each lot intended to be purchased, and if the tender for any lot is not accepted, the deposit lodged in respect thereof will be returned. 4. Within fourteen days after the acceptance of the tender the tenderer shall sigu an agreement for completion of the purchase. 5.
