(BY TELEGRAPH—PBEBS ASSOCIATION). Auckland, Last Night. The Tutanekai, with the Uovcrnor and suite, arrived at Whangarei this morning. Tho Mayor presented an address of welcome, to which the Governor replied. The township was en fete. The ViceEegal party left for Poroti to lunch at the great Wairca Falls. The programme has been changed, and the Tutanekai is to arrive here early tomorrow morning, to permit of Mahuta, the Maori King, who the Premier has arranged, is to come do»vn from Waikato to-day with three native bands, for the purpose of being received by the Governor.

Mr Seddou is to receive deputations at Whangarie, and will return by the regular boat to Auckland.
