POLICE STABLES BURNT.
(BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION). Auckland, Last Night. The police stables were burnt down at 3 o'clock this morning. One horse was burnt to death, and the second was got out, but was so badly injured that it had to be destroyed. The origin of the firo is a mystery.
