TREATY RATIFIED.
[united pkess association.] (by electric telegraph.—COPYßlGHT). Washington, February 7. The Senate has ratified the peace treaty by 57 votes to 27. There were two doubtful votes, but the recent attack by Filipiuos upon Manila practically decided the question. Senator Gorman predicted the war would last for years. There is intense public excitement throughout America.
