CAMPBELL - BANNERMAN ELECTED. [UiS'ITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT). London, February 7. At a meeting of the Liberal party, Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman was unanimously elected leader of the party in succession to Sir W. Harcourt. In returning thanks, he promised to offer a vigorous opposition to the Government.
