Wellington, Yesterday. - Wind : Gale from north-east and north and west at all places after from 12 to 20 hours. -Barometer : Fall at all places -Sea : Heavy on all the western coast, also on east coast northward of East Cape and south of Napier.-Tides: High on all western coast and on east coast south ot Napier; good north of East Cape; moderate elsewhere.—lndications : Ram probable generally.
