THE DREYFUS CASE.

[UMTKD PRESS ASaOfIAT ON.] (BV ELECTRIC TELSGRAPH COPYRIGHT). Paris, January 12. The Dreyfus case is at present being dealt with by the criminal section of tie Court of Cassation. An agitation is afoot to transfer it to all sections of the Court sitting together. A ballot resulted in the appointment of M. Deapre as a member of the Court ot Cassation as successor to M. Beaurepaire. M. Beaurepaire has accused the judges of the Court of Cassation of entering upon tho Dreyfus inquiry with their minds biassed in favour of the priioner. The French newspapers condemn the revelations as trivial and regard it as ridiculous to place reliance on the tittle tattle of the Court ushers. The Cabinet has directed M. Mazean, the President of the Court, to inquire into the allegations.
