The Bepublican Group in the French Senate huve privately urged the Government to postpone the court-martial on Col. Picquart on the ground that General Zurlinden's precipitancy is unjust and illegal. The Premier has promised to reply, and an interpolation on the subject was withheld. Madame Dreyfus has been allowed to cable to her husband.
