CABLE SUMMARY.
At the inquest on the body of Harold Frederic, the novelist and London representative of the New York Times, a verdict was returned of manslaughter against his mistress and Mrs Mills, a Christian science healer, for neglecting to call medical aid. Both women have been arrested.
M. Cambon, French Ambassador in London, and late Ambassador at Constantinople, has complained that the Porte is favouring Germany and disregarding French interests. France has assured Italy that no extraordinary movements of French troops are taking place on the Tunis-Tripoli frontier. The Maria Teresa has drifted ashore at Cat Island.
