AUSTRALIAN NEWS.

(Br ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. COPYRIGHT). (Received November 11, 10 a.m.) MOTION OF CENSURE. Sidney, November 11. Ministers are confident of a majority on Mr Barton's motion of censure on the Budeet, although sections of the Ministerial and Labour parties are wavering owing to strong dislike of the proposed dutieß. CHARGE OP PATRICIDE DISMISSED. MeIboORNE, November 11. The Blomleys, charged with the murder of their father, were discharged, on the ground that the father's illtreatment of the mother and family caused great provocation, and the lads had acted for the protection of their mother, whose life they had probably saved. The Crown Prosecutor concurred in the verdict. The evidence showed that death was accelerated by chronic alcoholism.
