THE DREYFUS CASE.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT). Paris, November 4. The Generals of the French army have decided to reveal to the Ceurt of Cassation alone the secrets of the Dreyfus case. They argue that a public revelation would disorganise the military service and ruin the German officers who supplied information in the case. The Debats demands that the law be put in operation to suppress insults to members of the Court of Cassation as a counterpart to the suppression of insults against the army. November 5. M. Dupuy, the Premier, in a speech said he intended to maiutain tho civil supremacy and to protect the army from insults. A vote of confidence in the Government was carried by 439 to 64.
