CABLE SUMMARY.
TtlK Episcopalian Church of America is raising a fund of £4,000,000 as a 20th century thankoffering. A by-election for North Fermanagh for the House of Commons resulted in the return of Mr Archdale (Uuionist) by a majority of 477. Dr. Whitmarsh, who was sentenced to death for performing au illegal operation on a woman, has been reprieved. The Egyptian Government intend to spend £300,000 in the construction of a railway from Atbara to Khartoum.
