LATE PRINCE BISMARCK
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH —COPYRIGHT). (Received August 5, 9 12 a.m.). Berlin, August 4. By direction of the late Prince Bismarck, a letter, which in March, 1890, he sent to the Emperor on the occasion of his resigning the position of Chancellor of the Empire, and which contains a crushing rebuke to the Emperor, has been publisned. Other revelations are promised, and, in consequence, the relation? between the family of Prince Bismarck and the Emperor are strained. Private friends have subscribed 300,000 marks for the erection of Prince Bismarck's mausoleum in the Friedrichshrue Park. The Emperor is disappointed on account of Prince Bismarck's family refusing a State funeral. He has ordered mourning for the deceased statesman throughout the army and navy.
