3T70 CASES. SEVERAL DEATHS. (BY ELKCTRIC TELHCHUI'H—COPYRIGHT). (Received July 29, 2.25 a.m.) Washington, July 28. There are 3770 cases of malarial fever amongst the American troops at Santiago. There have also been several deaths from yellow fever.
