THE RUSSIAN NAVY.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT). London, July 21. In the House of Commons, Lord Charles Beresford stated that Russia intended to spend .£51,000,000 in strengthening her navy. The expenditure is to extend over a period of seven years.
