(by telegraph— press association). Auckland, Last Night. The Auckland Racing Club lias received from the Colonial Secretary the usual four permits for the next racing season. The club will, therefore, nut be able to hold its first Spring Meeting. The Takapuna Jockey Club and the Avoudale Jockey Club each got two permit?. The newly-formed Coromandel Racing Club has also got a permit, the only new one issued for that district. Permits which in the past wore granted to two clubs racing under the Northern Racing Association rules have been withdrawn, pending their agreeing to race under the Metropolitan rules.
